This Saturday July 31st will be a busy bee at the club in readiness for the WA state title which is now only less than 60 days away

Jobs for Saturday to be able to make this a quick busy bee will be as follows:

• Straightening track tyres
• Re banding of some track tyres, not all as it was done in 2009
• In the afternoon the painting of the track tyres all the way around the track
• Cleaning on the undercover area ready for Sundays race meeting
• Placing flags, extinguishers & other equipment ready for Sundays race meeting
• Sweeping of grids
• Placing scales in weigh in area
•  

If anyone can help with either Bobcats or front end loaders to help with some cleaning & moving of debris can they please contact either Jamie 0414 583 986, Brendon 0414 425 993 or myself Brian 0419 199 125 asap to help make arrangements to get to the track to do some of these jobs, these can be done at anytime your available, those jobs are

• Moving of fallen trees to back of property ready for burn off
• Moving piles of dirt to allow for more car parking room at the back and on the west side
• Fixing the west track into the pit area damaged from continued rain
• General tidy up of some infield areas

Saturdays	Every Saturday before a race day help is always needed. Please spare a couple of hours to help prepare your track for race day.
Sundays	Sunday is race day, check the calendar for the next DTKC race date. Gates Open 7am. Scrutineering by 8.30am, and Nomination must be in by Wednesday of race week HERE.
Tuesdays	Committee Meetings are Usually held on the 1st Tuesday in every month (except January, please check the website for exact details ). start time 7pm SHARP starting regardless
